Stroh Ranch Marinade, Stroh Ranch Smoky Jalapeno Honey Sauces, and Stroh Ranch Jams are products of P.J.'s Gourmet of Potter Valley, California.
The marinade began in the kitchens of Pat Denny and Jeanette Stroh back in 1991. Ever since that day the Stroh Ranch Marinade has been a success! Featured in TASTE OF HOME and COUNTRY AMERICA magazines, the marinade has customers from all over the United States. Stroh Ranch Marinade is made in Jeanette's catering kitchen on the Stroh Ranch, Potter Valley.
Stroh Ranch Smoky Jalapeno Honey Sauce--Hot and Stroh Ranch Smoky Jalapeno Honey Sauce--Mild were released on May 1, 2001. The hot version is sweet with a big kick of jalapeno while the mild is for those who need a softer approach to jalapenos. These are proven recipes! Jeanette Stroh developed them several years ago for her catering business to pair with grilled sausages. Her customers loved the sauces so much that we decided to bottle it and add it to our line of products.
Stroh Ranch Wild Blackberry Jam, Stroh Ranch Razzleberry Jam, and Stroh Ranch Raspberry Jams are now available on our website. The Wild Blackberry Jam was released in 2000 for our mailing list only, and the Razzleberry and Raspberry Jams were released in 2002. The Wild Blackberry Jam is made from the wild blackberries grown on the Stroh Ranch. The Razzleberry Jam is a mix of wild blackberries and raspberries. The Raspberry Jam is made from berries grown in Sonoma County. These jams have been so popular with our customers because of the wonderful, intense flavors of the berries.

J's Gourmet offers only wholesome products. Jeanette and Debbie feel this wholesome image is captured in their product labels and in their logo. Hand-drawn by local artist Jeannie Carson, the farm scene on all of our product labels is a snapshot of the landscape you would see on our ranch and in Potter Valley. The Valley Oak in our logo is the one natural icon our family envisions when we think of our home, Stroh Ranch. These beautiful oak trees fill our mountain canyons and outline our pastures. The tree you see here is an actual tree on the ranch that was hand-drawn by local artist Victoria Hand. It is our family's favorite oak tree and one of the most photographed in Potter Valley.
